18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

GOONMASTER (the "Website"), operated by Dopateq, is not a producer (primary or secondary) of any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

The Website does not produce, host, store, distribute, sell, or otherwise handle any visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct. No performers, models, actors, or other persons appear in any content produced by or for the Website. Accordingly, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to the Website or its operator.

The exemption rests on the nature of the service itself:

• GOONMASTER is interactive utility software — a smart metronome, a gamified progression system, and an audio overlay engine. It is not a content site and maintains no library of visual content of any kind.
• The in-app media player is 100% client-side. Any video a user pairs with a session is loaded from the user's own device and plays exclusively in the user's own browser. Nothing is ever uploaded to, transmitted through, stored on, scanned by, or accessible to the Website's servers — in either the inline-player playstyle or Companion mode (where the user pairs the audio HUD with an external browser tab the Website never touches).
• All audio content shipped by the Website (metronome ticks and voice-instruction clips) is non-visual and therefore outside the scope of § 2257 in any event.
• All voice-instruction audio is fully synthetic, AI-generated speech. No real person was recorded, sampled, cloned, or depicted in its production (see the next section).
• The Website does not commission, license, ingest, transcode, embed, or link to third-party visual content, and operates no upload, sharing, or publishing functionality of any kind.
• Because no visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct are produced or handled by the Website, no performer records exist or are required to be created or maintained.

Every voice heard on GOONMASTER is fully synthetic, AI-generated audio. The voice personas were designed from text descriptions using generative voice-synthesis software; they are not recordings of, clones of, or derived from any real, identifiable person. No voice performers were employed or recorded.

This synthetic nature is disclosed to users in the application and in our Terms of Use, in line with applicable AI-transparency requirements (including Article 50 of the EU AI Act). Because the audio involves no human performer and no visual depiction, it falls entirely outside the scope of § 2257.

Users may choose to pair their own, locally stored media with a session. That media never leaves the user's device: the Website cannot view, access, retrieve, moderate, store, or distribute it, and acquires no rights or possession of it whatsoever. The Website is therefore not a producer — primary or secondary — of any such material under 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c).

Each user is solely responsible for ensuring that any content they load into their own browser was lawfully produced and obtained, complies with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 where applicable to its actual producer, and is legal in the user's jurisdiction. Our Terms of Use strictly prohibit loading any content depicting minors, any non-consensual content, or any otherwise illegal material.
