• Do I need an account to play?

  Gooning mode is fully playable without an account — jump straight in. Everything else needs a free account: Progression, the Daily / Weekly challenges, Stamina, keeping your rank and XP across devices, and subscribing to Premium. Signing up takes a few seconds.

• Do I need my own video files?

  No — there are two ways to play. (1) Inline: load any local video into the in-browser player and it plays alongside the metronome and voice instructions. (2) Companion mode: skip the player entirely, run Goonmaster audio-only, and open whatever you want in another browser tab. The metronome + AI voice instructions become an audio HUD layered over whatever's on your screen. Same product, two playstyles — pick whichever fits.

• Does GOONMASTER host any videos or images?

  No. Ever. The platform is a smart-metronome utility. The optional in-browser video player only loads files you choose from your own device — nothing uploads. We do not store, scan, transcode, or have access to any media you load OR anything you watch in another tab while running Goonmaster in companion mode.

• What's the difference between Free and Premium?

  Free includes Gooning, the inline video player, the smart metronome, AI voice guidance from Brandi, Progression chapters 1–5 (50 levels), the standard Daily Challenge, and the standard Weekly Challenge (after a 7-day streak). Premium adds three more girls (Scarlett, Chloe & Sara), split-screen multi-view, a 100-clip playlist (free holds 4), Stamina Mode (endurance with personal best), chapters 6–10 (Goonmaxxer → Goonmaster), Finale Mastery, the Daily Pro and Weekly Pro variants, Streak Freeze, and premium metronome sounds. • How does the metronome system work?

  A Web Audio scheduler ticks at the current BPM; a visual pulse syncs to every tick. Gooning runs an endless self-pacing loop — it builds, rides toward an edge, eases off and teases, then climbs again, never quite the same twice. Progression and Daily/Weekly modes follow a longer designed curve of waves that ends in a sustained finish. You can layer AI voice instructions on top, paced to the beat.

• Why can't I hear her voice?

  Run down this list: (1) The Voice Instructions card must be ON — it's the toggle on the card itself in your setup. (2) Check the "Her volume" slider in the same card (it's separate from the metronome volume on purpose, so you can mix her against the tick). (3) Make sure a girl is selected — Brandi is free for everyone; Scarlett, Chloe & Sara need Premium. (4) Phone on silent / media volume down is the most common culprit on mobile. (5) Browsers only allow audio after you interact with the page — voice starts with your session, so if you hear the metronome, voice can play too. She talks during sessions only (with a short opening line as you go live), and you can preview any girl's voice from the picker before starting.

• How do I earn XP and rank up?

  Completing Progression levels awards XP scaled to the level's difficulty. Your highest completed chapter sets your displayed rank (Goonbie → Goonmaster). Strict sequential unlock: finish level N to unlock N+1, finish a whole chapter to reveal the next.

• Can I cancel my Premium subscription anytime?

  Yes. Cancel from your account settings or directly through SegPay — no fees, no questions. You keep Premium access through the end of the period you already paid for. The Lifetime plan is a one-time charge with no renewal to cancel.

• What payment methods are accepted?

  Two ways to pay, both from day one. (1) Card — all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through SegPay with discreet billing descriptors. (2) Crypto — pay anonymously with cryptocurrency via NOWPayments, no card or bank statement involved.

• How will the charge appear on my statement?

  Card payments run through SegPay's discreet billing descriptors — an industry standard for adult-adjacent services — so you will not see "GoonMaster" on your statement. Paying with crypto via NOWPayments never touches a bank statement at all.

• What is the Lifetime deal?

  A one-time $99 charge that unlocks Premium for the lifetime of your account. Available only during the launch window — once it ends, recurring monthly / quarterly / yearly plans are the only options.

• Can I change my email or password?

  Yes. Go to Settings → Account to change your email (requires verification) or password.

• How is my data handled?

  We collect only what's needed to operate the service: account email, username, age-verification timestamp, gameplay progress, and subscription state. Payments are processed by SegPay (cards) and NOWPayments (crypto) — we never see or store card details. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.
